Why join?
Stockholm Lions are a diverse and friendly club, with members at all stages of life and hockey. Whether you’re new to Stockholm, new to hockey, or getting back into the game, there is a place for you here.
As well as regular training sessions we have an active social committee and regularly arrange social events and activities. We want to keep fun at the heart of the club, on and off the pitch.

What do you need to play?
We have some equipment (sticks, shin guards, gloves) that we can lend to new players who do not have hockey kits. However, all players need normal sports clothes, trainers (non-marking for the indoor season) and preferably a mouth-guard to start with.
We can help players to find and buy equipment – we do not want this to be a barrier to people playing with us!
What is included?
- Training twice a week
- Official matches played in the Swedish league
- Regular social events
- Friendly matches against other local teams.
How much does it cost?
The fees are fixed at the clubs annual general meeting. The current fees for 2024/25 are:
